RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sri Vinayaka Enterprises (VINAYAKA AGRO), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No General Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been delivered.
2. Eligible Return Cases
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
The customer has received the wrong product.
The delivered product does not match the product ordered.
The product has major physical damage at the time of delivery.
3. Return Request Time Limit
Any return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must raise a return request through the website's Return Request option within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
4. Proof Required for Returns
To process a return request, customers must provide:
Order Number
Photos of the product received
Photos of the package, if applicable
A clear description of the issue
An unboxing video, if requested by our support team
5. Inspection and Approval
Once the return request is received, our team will inspect and verify the claim. If the claim is approved, we may:
Replace the product with the correct item, or
Issue a refund if replacement is not possible.
6. Store Pickup Option
Customers may choose our Store Pickup option while placing an order.
Orders collected directly from our store are eligible for free pickup with no delivery charges.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Products returned after 24 hours of delivery.
Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
Products purchased under special offers, clearance sales, or promotional discounts, unless the wrong product was delivered.
8. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched. Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a 100% refund.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Cancellation After Shipping Arrangements
In certain cases, if a cancellation request is accepted after shipping arrangements have already been made but before delivery, the following charges may be deducted from the refund amount:
Shipping charges
Return shipping charges (if applicable)
Logistics and handling charges incurred by the company
The remaining balance amount will be refunded to the customer.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.
Any exception to this policy shall be solely at the discretion of Sri Vinayaka Enterprises (VINAYAKA AGRO).
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
