We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's pin code and courier service availability.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product's weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery location.
The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.
Typical delivery timelines:
Karnataka: 2-5 business days
Other States: 3-10 business days
Remote locations may require additional time.

5. Order Tracking
Customers will receive shipping and tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
6. Store Pickup Option
Customers may choose the Store Pickup option during checkout.
Store Pickup orders can be collected directly from our store.
No delivery charges will be applicable for Store Pickup orders.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Sri Vinayaka Enterprises (VINAYAKA AGRO) will not be responsible for delays or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or contact details provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us and submit a return request within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and order details.
